卵巢癌患者血清KL-6水平及组织MUC1表达水平及其临床意义

摘要:

目的 探究卵巢癌患者血清Krebs von den Lungen-6(KL-6)水平的变化情况,并初步探讨其与临床病理特征及肿瘤组织黏蛋白-1糖蛋白(mucin-1 glycoprotein,MUC1)水平的关系。方法 回顾性分析53例卵巢癌患者(卵巢癌组)、20例卵巢交界性肿瘤患者(交界性肿瘤组)、30例卵巢良性上皮性肿瘤患者(良性上皮性肿瘤组)和30例健康对照(对照组)的临床资料,采用电化学发光免疫法检测血清KL-6水平,采用免疫组织化学法分析组织MUC1表达情况。结果 卵巢癌组血清KL-6水平高于对照组、良性上皮性肿瘤组和交界性肿瘤组,差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.05365bet娱乐官网网址)。卵巢癌组MUC1阳性表达率高于对照组、良性上皮性肿瘤组和交界性肿瘤组,差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。随FIGO分期和病理分级的进展,血清KL-6水平和肿瘤组织中MUC1表达水平均逐渐升高(均P<0.05)。伴淋巴结转移患者血清KL-6水平和肿瘤组织中MUC1水平均高于不伴淋巴结转移患者(均P<0.05)。随MUC1阳性表达的增强,KL-6水平逐渐升高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 卵巢癌患者血清KL-6水平和肿瘤组织中MUC1表达水平的升高与FIGO分期、病理分级和淋巴结转移等有关,且血清KL-6水平与肿瘤MUC1状态有关,可考虑作为评估疾病进展和严重程度的生物标志物。

Objective To investigate the serum Krebs von den Lungen-6 (KL-6) and tissue MUC1 expression level in patients with ovarian cancer and their clinical significance. Methods Fifty-three patients with ovarian cancer(ovarian cancer group),20 patients with borderline ovarian tumor (borderline tumor group),30 patients with benign ovarian epithelial tumor (benign epithelial tumor group) and 30 healthy subjects (healthy control group) were enrolled in the study. The level of serum KL-6 was measured by electrochemiluminescence immunoassay and the expression of MUC1 in tissue was detected by immunohistochemistry. Results The serum level of KL-6 was significantly higher in the ovarian cancer group than that in the healthy control group,the benign epithelial tumor group and the borderline tumor group (all P<0.05). Besides,the positive rate of MUC1 expression in the ovarian cancer group was also significantly higher than that in the healthy control group,the benign epithelial tumor group and the borderline tumor group (all P<0.05). With the progress of FIGO staging and pathological grades,the serum KL-6 level and tumor tissue expression of MUC1 were gradually increased (all P<0.05). Moreover,the levels of serum KL-6 and tumor tissue MUC1 were significantly higher in patients with lymph node metastasis than those without lymph node metastasis (both P<0.05). Finally,the level of KL-6 was significantly higher in patients with MUC1 positive expression (P<0.05). Conclusion Elevated levels of serum KL-6 and tumor tissue MUC1 in ovarian cancer patients are associated with FIGO stage,pathological grade,and lymph node metastasis. The serum KL-6 level is correlated with the expression of tumor MUC1,and it may be used as a biomarker of disease progression and severity in ovarian cancer patients.
